About these terms
These terms apply when you use Vennin, including the waitlist and the VENNIN prototype. Vennin is an early-stage product; features and terms may evolve as the product grows.
Accountless first
Vennin is designed to work without a traditional account. Where you provide an email — for example, to join the waitlist or receive a magic link — you agree that we can use it to contact you about Vennin as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You keep ownership of the ideas, notes, and feedback you create in Vennin. You are responsible for what you share, including making sure you have the right to share it and that it does not violate anyone else’s rights.
Not legal protection
Vennin helps you share ideas more carefully — for example through private and unlisted spaces. It does not provide legal protection for ideas, inventions, or trade secrets. For sensitive intellectual property, consult a qualified lawyer before sharing.
Acceptable use
Do not use Vennin to share illegal content, harass or impersonate others, spam, scrape, or disrupt the service. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to keep the platform safe.
Changes
We may update these terms as Vennin evolves. Meaningful changes will be communicated through the site or via email when appropriate.
